iOS More errors -time traveller

i'm starting to get upset now. This morning I woke up, landed my flights that were coming in, and try to take off flights. I got an error message saying time travelers cannot send flights. The game was fine except for the problem that I couldn't visit any iOS neighbors when I went to bed last night. All I did was go to sleep, wake up and try to play. No, I was not on a flight when I fell asleep. I did not mysteriously change time settings while I slept.

So now I'm grounded and I can collect coins or items for my industrial buildings. This is quite frankly getting a bit ridiculous and G! needs to fix this quickly.

Phew! I restarted the game and the issue resolved itself (or maybe G! Was on the ball and fixed my issue quickly

I still have an issue visiting any IOS neighbours though

Yes, happened to me few times also, but only on android... Not sure if update will solve this.

@greensmith @Gt city do people from G! actually read in here? Do they read new support requests? I logged a support case for my time travel issue and highlighted the issue. I get back this

"We would like to bring to your attention the fact that changing system date and/or time is not allowed to do while playing the game as you can get unfair advantage doing so.

I'm glad to inform you that restrictions can be removed from your account in case the game was blocked for the first time. If it happens again, your your social capabilities will be permanently restricted."

How insulting! I run into bugs in regular game play and instead of listening to concerns, they accuse me of cheating.

I know Ivan from the programming team at Road 404 checks the forum occasionally, but I don't believe GI checks support requests here. The only two ways I know is to fill out a support ticket within the game or email GI support directly.

Actually, restarting the game fixed the bug. I'm just really angry about the assumption of guilt even though I told them I changed nothing.

But did the time traveler error go away so you could at least send flights?

Restarting game used to take away the error message but your account was still registered as time traveller and flights not counted even though everything else worked fine. So despite it looking like it was fixed in reality it wasn't. Only way I knew to make sure you were 'cleared' was on world map. But seems now they update your number of flights on that screen without actually counting them in the top 100 fight so then you have no way of knowing without asking them :S

Is anyone able to confirm what items they remove when they classify you as time traveller? I had thought this bug was fixed as I never see the message anymore and was considering buying one of those S1 planes but I have a feeling my game has the ticker on it. I know it deletes any tokens you have earned but does it also delete any items you can buy with them like S1 planes? I do not wish to pay real money into the game only to have the plane removed when their software has the next glitch... Which inevitably will happen like before from walking the phone into the next room at home...
