Both of my games have been fixed through GI ticket for the time traveler bug, if anybody is still blocked, you should open/continue the ticket process. I am able to send gifts from both of my games now, my gifts went out for today and my signature has been updated.

I have not been accused of time traveling, but my game seems to be considering yesterday and today to be the same day, as my gifts and neighbor visits available are still 0. I sent in a ticket asking why my gifts and visits didn't reset last night, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Probably I won't be able to do either today.
