You problem is solved. In the Voyage Voyage recycled update version 1.99.06, Tunguska (Jet) destination appears.

Yes I have seen it but there is a new one which you have also already noticed: fuel catalyst button to low... Thanks GIS :/ I can forget now my plan to fly Aztecs...
