Windows Missing alliance award

Morning everyone. Is it just me or have you all not received the bonus you've won from last weeks alliance tasks? My alliance won the flight simulator but mine hasn't arrived on my account like usual. It's even more annoying as it's usually me that makes it possible for us to even get a reward after always 3 starring the tasks.

I got the flight simulator shortly after reset yesterday and it seems to be working fine.

2nd week in a row now. Complained to support & just got the standard "we'll look into it" rubbish. That's two flight sims I haven't received now in a row.
