I've started my first maps flights today.
1. Do you use 1 map and send as many as possible planes to that destination, or using several maps at once?
2. In 6 hours map activation I was able to send 35 planes (5 planes * 7 rounds). Is that enough? Do you send more than that?

Personally, I use maps one by one !
I usually send more than that, because I stock fuel and pax to send as many as I can !

How many flights do you send during the 6 hours activation period?
As @Madge59230 said, it depends on your resources and goals. Anyway, I try gathering enough fuel and items (if that’s the case) to fly “as many as I can”. It depends on the plane involved, but, again in my case, and regarding the fuel and passengers I’m able to accumulate, goes from some150 to as little as 60 or so. Currently my bottleneck is fuel, not passengers. And, of course , with bonus activated. In general sky captain and another one (can be golden dice, or spy glass, or both).

accumulation of fuel is no doubt challenging, due to the 100 limit.
Passengers is indeed a solveable issue.
I'm using fuel related bonuses in order to improve fuel sources better.
I try to let my gifted fuel uncollected for as long as I can. Also, you can just add it all to the fuel bar, but in that case you won't be able to take advantage of the fuel automatic production and related bonuses (secret faucet, bottomless barrel, fuel additives)

For map flights that require flight items, 100 (more if I have some of the items needed in my incoming gifts).
Generally around the same for adventure flights. 100 flights is 3 stars so I’ll go for that. I’ll do more if I haven’t got the 36 items I need.
I used to do less for adventure maps, so I’d need around 3 maps for each destination to complete.
Personally I do more because it can be a pain to get the map you need, and it is a better use of bonuses.
It depends how much fuel you have, and how many passengers you can produce - 120 jumbo flights with quick return means you need 45,600 passengers very quickly.

Typically when I run maps, I’ll do a few at a time - all for different aircraft types.
e.g. Alliance map with condor, and adventure map with eagles.

120 Jumbo flights needs huge amount of fuel.. around 5700 units . It's not easy to accumulate such an amount of fuel.

I think it’s 90 or 100 speed up. Jumbo is 85, did it today. Info missing as no one done it yet!
It’s 92 to speed up the giant Eastern Europe excavation flight - I will add the Wiki info once I know for sure.
My main reason for the question is that I know there is some variation. Some of the jumbo flights are 100 to speed up.
