Windows Lost red rocket first place awards

Rocket landed and was stuck on the runway even after clicking. Eventually rocket disappeared and I got an error message "Dear player you must be connected to the internet ...(etc - which I was).:" and NO awards --- and they were not in the warehouse either. Yes, ticket submitted. I hope the rocket that is about to land fares better - have a QL active too :-(

The same happened to me with a green launch - GI are escalating it to their tech team. I noticed a separate convo on here about their servers having an issue so that may be linked.

As i remember i lost the award but they return back to me from GI and took about a week i send them 3 message.

Yes this message always pops up when I double click on the lander. But I do this because it refreshes the launches on pad. So when I start a red I don't have to visit Madlen before it refreshes. (Learned that from AJ)

That being said, my launches have been a mess since yesterday. I add points and they don't show up... Only to pop up 2 minutes later. Seems like a lot of issues with the game right now.

Check your award i think they resolved the problem now
