Windows Lost Game ID

My Windows game A Sco has been constantly crashing. Yesterday when I went back in it had a new Game ID code and no neighbors. Help desk restored my neighbors today and I had already rejoined my Alliance Seans Wolf Den. My Alliance flights are not yet counting so hopefully the Help Desk will resolve this. My new code for A Scoot is 20KNB6FR3 so Friends please add me.
