losed my game :(

i accidentally uninstall my game from my Samsung Galaxy S4 when trying to update it, then when i tried to download it again in playstore, i had to start a new game. does anyone know if there is a way to install my old game back.

Just contact support. It will take you at least one week but they will be able to send you a gift code to restore your game.

I once lost my game as well, I did this: (found on another AC forum)

1. Start a new game and play to level 3 (I think). This will be when your profile is unlocked.

2. Contact GI at: support@gameinsight.zendesk.com

3. In the description include your old friend code, the device you are playing on (brand and model), your service carrier (if you have one), and your new friend code. Mine looked like this:

My tablet crashed and I need to have my game restored please:

username: ....
usercode: ....

I have played a new game to level 3 and the new usercode is: ....

I play on the Asus Table TF300, no carrier service.
