iOS Los my game completely

Las night I cant open my game on my iPad I try t open many different ways and then I uninstall it from my iPad and installed it again. No....... just a new game from the beginning 🤭😥Then I trying for tech support and no answer. Please help. I use to be Тосик VR and my friendly code 03x3fyohg
