Looking for alliance

It happened to me a few weeks ago. It has to do with your alliance size vs number of effective members. I guess you have vacancies in your alliance? Once you are full, you should get 167 ppd flights again (at least until lvl 74, which is mine)

Just before closing time Sunday I bought a propeller plane, and now I'm back with 167 PPD flights. Sure enough, we now have a full alliance, although newest member is lvl 15 or something.
