Hi i007791,

Thats a great post thank you!

I came unstuck when I upgraded my repair base from level 2 to level 3 and needed lots of items for the upgrade to finish. Needless to say all my planes broke and I wasnt able to fix them as the repair base was being upgraded, so had to buy some coins to finish it off.

Luckily insite have now changed this so you can still repair your planes while upgrading.

If anyone else can add to this, please do.

I am in level 22 and able to get power amplifiers from:
Bali, London, Dubai, Delhi, Berlin.

But I can only go to Bali & London so far...

Repair Base - Level 3

- 2x power source
- 2x insulation/isolation
- 2x drill machine

And finally I have got all of them ;-)
(Needless to say, that I had 5 power sources and 4 drill machines weeks before the second insulation came in )

For the above items you have to fly to San Francisco (18x fuel, 38x passengers, 1x spare fuel). For the spare fuel, you have to fly to Thailand (17x fuel, 38x passengers).

Thats bad news Xp_xzy.

I removed all my level 2 planes and hangers and upgraded to level 3, so can no longer fly to San Francisco.

I just wish insight would make flights backwards compatatble.

And I think this problem is becoming a bigger problem, when the level 20+ and 30+ flights are next. Then you will need stars of the flights before. And if you did not have to fly to a city for a special item for more than 1000 times, you will not be expert or specialist or whatever and you will not have earned enough stars for flying to the big cites like HongKong, Amsterdam, Berlin and so on. So I am afraid sooner or later we will all have to buy some little planes again to earn the left out stars from smaller flights/cities...

By the way, because I can't believe it: With a town hall level 5, you can upgrade to a town hall level 6, when you have reached the 26th level of experience.

I thought level 5 would be the end...

Yes, now that I have terminal 5, I can upgrade to terminal 6. Although, my repair base is already level 5 and I don't believe there's further upgrades.

I built a Level 5 runway for 100,000 coins. The Jumbo Jets that land give 10 exp and 20 coins, so it's great that way but they've come few and far between so far. I'm saving up to buy a Jumbo Jet and a Powerful Delta (although with my routes waiting to open till I get enough stars, it seems maybe I shouldn't spend the money on buying the airplanes and building the hangars yet)
