Rome is the only destination so far that I've seen where weather displays can be received. Rio is the last destination I can see at the moment so I don't know if you can get those from the destinations after Rio.

Metro, only catch is you have to trade with a person who has them in their list otherwise the person would send back the equivalent item in their list, even if they click send in return. For most people that would be a grinder.
