Level 6 Alliance for Level 4 Reserve Hangar

I'm keen to obtain the L4 Reserve Hangar. I'm not an active alliance member as I can't make the commitment to others.

Is it possible to join (even if only temporarily) a L6 Alliance to facilitate this?

Does anyone have a place?
