Besides - geez, we're talking about fielding 3rd Catering Facility! We have years before getting to your league, if that ever happens : )

Your road layout is pretty but inefficient. As women say: If you want to be beautiful, you have to suffer : )I'm at 20 greens a pop. Wíth 50% discount...

I don't know why you're trying to show yourself in a negative light, because I have records showing that you're a great neighbor and considerate sender : )I work 20 hours a week and taking 15 credits of college classes. Sometimes it is either accept my fuel20 or not get a gift - if you choose the latter, let me know so I can delete you from my neighbor list and make room for more neighbors. I have 465 neighbors and there are many I wish I could gift to so if you are one of the ones I regularly gift to, then be thankful because there are many others who would gladly accept fuel20 (or other much needed gifts such as earplugs or, now, chainsaws)

I think the original post was not about people who try and sometimes fail, but about people who never bother to think about other people needs in the first place.I try to be but sometimes real life gets in the way.
Sometimes I hate it too. But most of the time I think it's a blessing in disguise, because it allows us to focus on doing 20 gifts right instead of either doing 500 crappy ones or just giving them all up.I also dislike only having 20 gifting slots.
Its hard. I have 120 neighbors, most of them on the forum, and I try to rotate every four days or so. So if you give me a gift I might not be able to return to you for four days. Some people don't like that and stop sending. ::shrugs:: I don't know what else to do, I like helping the lower level people but I also want to return gifts to the people who have helped my city grow.I probably fall into Mia's category of lazy gifters. Usually when I have time to play I'm in an airport or other surroundings, don't have my laptop or the forum available, and have a limited amount of time. If I know you need something particular, I'll try to send it but otherwise, it's probably fuel, earplugs, or e-readers. I don't have the time or access to go through 7 days of forum posts to see if you have posted before sending a gift especially since the trading area is used as a conversation spot too.
Also, gifting use to be simpler, I could click on your profile, choose a gift hit send. It would return me to where I was in my friend's list, click the next friend, my gift list would be in the same spot I left it... but Road 404 changed gifting now to be like a tooth ache. When I click send, it returns to the top of my friend's list and my gift list returns to the 1st gift. Or I can click fuel, select 20 friends and done.
I prefer sending good gifts but know fuel, earplugs, or e-readers will be of good use if you play long enough. If anyone has ideas of how they keep up with all their friends wants, please post.
Same here - 137 neighbors. Normally, I rotate A-Z, which means most everyone gets a gift from me about every 3-4 days (I can send 40 gifts per day). Right now, I've been concentrating on sending event items, and returning to those who send to me, but will be returning to A-Z when the event is over. Its hard. I "follow" all my neighbors. If there is not a needed item in that person's game name, or if I don't have that particular item, I will check their signature. Time consuming, but well worth it for all my helpful neighbors.
So, how's that work? I click on people I'm following but I still don't see what they need. How do you find their listing quickly?
