Launching while upgrading MCC?

Well, question in title really, can you launch (green/blue) rockets while upgrading the MCC to lvl 3? Otherwise, it's a 1-week hiatus on launches.

Still have to upgrade sooner or later anyway, but answer might affect when I decide to trigger the upgrade.

If I remember, when I was upgrading MCC to level 2,I did a green launch. Not 100% percent sure tho

MCC upgrade is only for building higher level launch pad, it doesn't affect your current launch.
