Always fun to thwart a hijacker. When I lost all my neighbors with the iOS upgrade I just decided I'll only have neighbors from the forum

The alert system here is simple. When a new message is posted to a watched thread it creates an alert. Any subsequent message does not but when you click on the alert it takes you to the first unread message.

There are times where I don't get the alert but that's pretty rare. I just make sure I look for additional messages in the thread when I get the alert

I was just kinda surprised because of the previous posts in the thread of the plan to do a smalls launch, that's all.

@PhactorPhil thanks for going ahead and getting the blue on the pad. My day went totally crazy since 4 a.m. and it just slowed down enough sof I remembered the launch. Thankfully I was able to get on board!

I guess I shoulda changed my game name to Phactor Phil - Don't even think about joining this launch ... but I don't think there are enough characters in the field. I now know what I will do in the future tho ... pH - Private Launch ... maybe that will distract them

@Robobobo888 I didn't mean for my support account to take 3rd place... the party crashers messed up plans ... Can you add a small fuel tank to take 3rd place? Then Dave can top it off and put us in space.

Glad i posted, sorry you missed us @Davescharf. I didnt really look at the remaining points sorry, was expecting quite a bit left. Only add 18 points and it completed.

A majority of the points were contributed by attempted hijackers, aka hop-ons.

I am realizing a 'minor' (lol) problem here which is that I am not neighbors with a few members of this group @FlyingFalcon @Matt @Robobobo888 I have therefore just sent requests.

I'm interested. I actually have more red prep items than anything else so I would vote for red.

Problem with red is you need 3000 points and it's easier to get hijacked. I think Blue would be good for small item only and you're less likely to find more rif raf trying to join a Blue.

Phil - my flight is back in 3 hours so I can join one then.

Yep were back in an hour, not going out til around 8pm central time so can jump on a blue launch or whatever colour is on the pad

Small Items Special Now Boarding on the Blue Pad!!

Game name changed to pH-PrivateLaunch in an effort to make hijackers think twice.

Our objective is to use up small items only: Small Fuel Tank (6 points / 30 Minutes); Additional Stabilizer (12 points / 2 Hours); Explosive Bolt (24 points / 4 hours); and Solid Fuel (12 points / 2 hours). Continue contributing throughout the day until we get to 2,000 points.

FYI I did not see the new name. It might take some time to propagate from the servers. So if hijackers do show up it's possible that they saw the old name.
