Next time you should get more than half privately then open it up to public. That might help with the hijack

How do you reopen it to public after you have marked it as private?
I tried and it wasn't possible.....once you tick "Private Launch" checkmark, it turns grey and you can't untick it anymore.

You can but it has a time delay on it. 2 minutes I think.
