General Launch Ready Chest drop rates

No doubt been asked before but cannot find it after a quick search, if there a way to increase the drop rate of PEB's, Main Stabs at all with the launch ready chests? Or are we purely reliant on luck of the draw in getting these items?

Has anyone seen a particular bonus helps (even if it's just coincidental) ?

Not really aware of one, seems to go about 1 in 10 or maybe a bit less for pebs, I usually open a couple hundred chests at a time.

That's what I presumed, but, was hoping there was maybe a slight bug or slightly increased chance with a bonus. Ah well cross fingers and hope it is then!
