I get more items from "Bali Hi" own 4 gift shops than from neighbours, despite clicking on Aero's 8 Gift Shops every chance I get.
However, the Pyramid & Xmas tree also drops items for the quest.

Not doing so great on "Bali2" though. Only collected 1 Gift Shop.
