I believe, but it is "a policy", so we are all on equal. Max file size is about 300MB...
Not sure, what could be... @Dave tested all, but was not able to replicate error. Also for me works fine, so not sure what it could be

After you take screenshot open the windows Paint program paste the screenshot and from there click file save as JPEG picture then upload the file here
