Only f they tell us and want the banner, we will know if anybody have 350 or more stars,.

Banners are not automatically awarded.

How long has Airport City been available for Windows?
I reckon it takes about 2 years for a player to reach 350 stars (assuming new quests & destinations are introduced at the same rate as Android back then).

I think airporcity is available for Windows PC since 4 years ( I am not sure about that ,I play since only last 7 months ) .But Brasil or Anubhav could give a best answer for that( they are older players than me ).
But I know in Windows PC the destinations and the advantage are less than other plateform.
