General Is helping oneself with a second account allowed?

I know from other multiplayer games that it is considered indecent behaviour when you create multiple accounts and then gift yourself through them.
I now see that many here use more than one account. Is it allowed to gift oneself then in this game?
If not, how strict is it handled? E.g. if my son creates a new account on his computer but he uses the same IP since we both are connected through the same router, would that already cause a problem? In some other games, it could.
If this is allowed, then what is considered "illegal behaviour"? I got some neighbour requests and when I tried to accept them, I got a message that said "it is not allowed to accept players who were proven of illegal behaviour" or something to that meaning.

In Airport City it is not illegal to have multiple accounts and then gift from one account to another.
seperate games will not cause a problem going through the same router as each computer has a uniquer identity in the router.
Some players were banned but there id is still recorded on the server. Unless someone informs us that there game is banned, there is nothing we can do.

Here, having multiple accounts is not an indecent behavior, in fact it's something that many people are grateful and appreciate of because it means 19 other players would enjoy extra gifts and would sometimes get rocket launches help from those accounts.

You can make multiple games on different devices to support your main game or to play them separately.

With the exception of Windows PC, where you CAN have multiple games on one device.

Just separate user accounts.

Changing your clock, mostly.
Eg. having automatic time sync on + going online after long time offline = insta-ban : )
