I started AC up this morning and noticed the Depp character was on the splash screen this time with the title "Cinemania." Now it's dangerous (humorously speaking) to assume that this means that challenge would be next, especially given that GI hardly ever plans ahead (or behind) with much insight or knowledge of even what their own team is doing. But it's interesting to see that. Plus, it could possibly explain why the cinemas were available for purchase during the rock challenge.

For iDevice users yes it is and was "hidden" as part of the last update that became active after the "Time to Rock" quest finished. Android players have the "Rock the World" quest which iDevice players had a few months ago.
Until a building list thread appears: I have 5 VIP Lounges under construction and 5 Retro Movie Theaters under construction. I'm guessing (hoping) that you can get bow ties from your own and neighbors. There are long waits between tapping those buildings: VIP: 8hrs, RMT 18hrs (gah!)
