ipad player can no longer buy "mystery bonus" with coin from the airship store?

So my friend who's an ipad player told me today that the airship store arrives and he can no longer buy the usual 8000 coin "mystery bonus" with coin anymore? It now costs 5 green cash? Can any ipad player confirm? On Android, I notice that aside from buying with 8000 coin, we can buy with 5 cash, but I believe no one would buy it with the precious cash.

on the iPhone the mystery bonus is 5 cash each and there are 5 in stock to buy

yes, it is true. Only Duty Free Set is available for 1000 coins. The rest only for greenies

Really sucks then. Could this be a move from apple's part? Apple prohibited weekend bonus code and probably this now?

I do not think, this is "comming by apple". GI just wants to earn more money. Probably in next Duke's visit all stuff be on greenies only...
Instead of "Mystery Building" i would rather have separate buildings.... And i do not need all bonuses that are so expensive... for about 2 greenies, i would buy someone, if i would need it...

If it was enforced by apple then give a bigger bonus or several for 1 green, I agree that it is GI initiative
