A Level 4 Terminal requires:
2 Shredders (very seldom from Canary Islands, Rio and Singapore)
2 Stamps (very seldom from Canary Islands and Rio)
2 Cash Counters (very seldom from Canary Islands and Delhi)
2 Server Racks (very seldom from Canary Islands, New York and Paris)
Shredders, Cash Counters and Server Racks are usually available as gifts from neighbors. Perhaps Stamps are as well but I've never seen it.

I'm taking a one-day leave of absence today, forum neighbors. I find I have over 70 non-forum neighbors I need to send gifts to in return for gifts sent me. So except for Mkuoie86, to whom I've promised a packaging macine, I will be catching up on the 70+. Will be back with gifts for all of you tomorrow, so let me know what you need!

I sent the following message to gameinsight support today in response to my previous thread with them. I will let you know their response.

I have gifted all my neighbors and my send gift buttons are all greyed out.....it has been over 24 hours since sending those gifts, i thought they were supposed to refresh after 24 hrs. i seem to be able to return the same item sent to me but I can't pick from the list, it also is over 24 hrs since I sent out my 20 gift daily limit yet I still can't send to new neighbors , can you help me, i am NOT time traveling or anything out of the norm, I just can't seem to gift people anymore.
Also, everyone on the forums seems to be looking for shampoo for the hotel, I need 3 myself to finish the hotel and no one seems to be able to send them. I have 1 that I don't know how I got, but is there a way to just easily get stuff. I'm starting to get the hang of it but I assume there is no way to take things out of your warehouse to put them into your gifting ability either? Could use some clarification. Is the only way to physically buy them? That's not fair if that's the case. I would rather pay you $20 up front and buy the game then to physically buy dollars, that's something I won't do.

2 things
you need to speed up the pace of the game, it needs to be faster
and when purchasing or upgrading items, you need to specifiy in advance if
items are needed to build them. I never would have bought the hotel if i
knew it needed 32 items to complete that I am having major difficulties
getting. this just isn't right.
