Hi
I have been away for last week so am behind on quest!
Just need one rose but only have 4 butterflies!
Any tips on how to pick up butterflies, seems poor drop rate so far!

Thank you for gifts. Still need those elusive ergonomic chairs and rope block for Ducks1 but need to fly to Bali and Singapore, so a few more landing lamps would be useful. On the plus side, I managed to complete the first of three butterfly collections on Dee140147, so may complete the quest if I get lucky over the next few days.........

Welcome back!
Here's the "system" that worked for me:
After starting the game, I would tap one or two butterfly groups. If I got a butterfly, I'd close the game out and reopen it. If I didn't get a butterfly I would watch the fields for a replacement butterfly group to pop up. As soon as it did, before the (!) stopped bouncing, I would tap it. Quite often a butterfly would emerge. Once I got three in a row that way.
The problem for me was getting the nets. I kept track of my daily neighbor visits and I averaged only eight nets a day. When GI started their three-for-one promotion yesterday I bought some greenies, got nets and eventually the Peacock butterfly I had been waiting for finally dropped and I got my Conservatory.

Welcome back Happy Helen ...... We are currently experiencing good fortune with neighbor recognition. It has been stable for the past 4 days or so. .. Unfortunately, you and another neighbor are my only 2 "usernames" and both show level 33. The good news is i can at least distinguish your AC (by using your building list in signature) from my other mysterious neighbor. I will resume trading/gifting.

Happy Helen .....There is a little issue ... In my efforts to permanently ID your AC using your sig. I realized that i am still unsure if it is actually yours...Alot of the buildings in your sig. were there. However, i did not find a dolphinarium or a waterpark. Plz confirm. Any other landmarks that make your AC unique and easy to identify? Let me know
