iPad daily trading thread for March 2013

I have done the update... when I look I can't see strange things.... same as Iphone

I just did the update too! I had updated before when my aircraft changed. After the last update I had 13 aircraft with my jumbos being able to fly out of the Santa's sleigh. With this most current update, my aircraft switched back to the way they were right before the last update when my aircraft had been downgraded. Any changes I had made after that downgrade made no difference, I have what I had before the downgrade. Sorry Pakman. The same way things changed last time. I had five green jets flying during the upgrade and now they are deltas again. I can now gift shears.

I just updated my iPad to v1.12. (I did not do the v1.11 update.) I can still visit neighbors but the username problem is has not changed. My two Sleighs which had changed to Jumbos are back to Sleighs. My eight Turboprops have changed into Jets. I can now gift Pruning Shears.
The first challenge is: Pursuit of Beauty -- Find Violette's girlfriend at the Cottage in the neighboring town and borrow her sneakers (1).

I have updated both iphone and ipad this time around. I have the quest to build an opera house as well a the flower/butterfly quest. As I did not update for the last challenge I do not have an opera house. Do you need anything for the building to complete or is it simply a case of paying for it?

flip123 thanks for the guide you posted. While I will have to wait for the IPad update, which 16 buildings will drop running wild items? It sounds like all of the residential buildings. I'm going to wait to send you a return gift until right before my reset time. This way, if I can send a shears as a gift I will be able to do so.

@ianda10. Ian, thanks for the pruning shears. I will have to wait for my update to send them back to you.

If you have a look on my TDVCrApple2 game you will see all the residential buildings that will drop the running wild collection (i think except the brazilian villa - brown one at the top) there are 5 of each building - so feel free to click and feed back best drop rate... thanks...

I received 2 pruning shears this morning from Ianda11 and flip123...i think?...Many thanks. I am currently dealing with the same issue as tdv .I am running on an older version and have no shears to gift...For some reason, i cannot pull up my update page on my app store to confirm that the version to update is the latest (1.12) and everytime i start AC i am prompted to either update or cancel; it does not show which version..i am holding off so not to update the earlier bad version. I am currently waiting so i can open my update app store page to confirm the version of AC. Once i complete the update and my game resets i will send back the pruning shears.

Oh noooooooooo.

My 5 jumbos have all become sleighs after the 'upgrade '. I didn't even have any sleighs before. That makes 9 jumbos I've had to 'rebuy'. GI never did respond to my original complaint. Unbelievable!!!

Has anyone found any butterfly nets yet, I still have about 750,000 from guest planes. Shame I can't use them!

Hi, all
I have upgraded both iPhone (Sankukia2) and ipad (Sankukia) both seem to be working ok, still with username issue, but that's come to be almost expected.
I had around 40 pruning shears left over, and the reward for using them was one flower and no butterfly nets....long challenge
iPhone gifting is working again after the update, could do with a few more neighbours for Sankukia2 if anyone wants to join, and thanks to those who already have, I've sent a request to Pakman

Thanks I Fly - Duley noted. I will sell my 13 jumbos first and not replace them with anything and hopefully will have the fleet of aircraft I had prior to the upgrade. One question for billsnj greensmith must_dash Happy Helen tdv and everyone else who has run the iPad IOS upgrade- I am reluctant to upgrade yet as I have c22hours left for my space lander to return. If I upgrade now do you think i will loose ability to future launches as have heard lots of horror stories from other forum members about missing / stuck rockets etc...

In other news I now have the ability to add neighbours on my iPhone game - Pakman2. I am only on level 7, Stars 8 at present and can therefore can only send out 3 neighbour requests every 24 hours. Would appreciate it if you could all send friend request to Pakman2 (limited gift list at the moment but can gift pruning shears).

I had launched before I upgraded and the countdown clock is still counting down. My rocket returns in about ten hours and then I will launch again. If I run into a problem I will let you know.
