iOS Update - New Falcon, etc.

Going to make MANY screenshots and we shall see how I go.

I think you're doing the right thing. Yes, it's difficult to install an update with bugs, but Android-to-Android gifting and visiting is apparently okay. The risk you take in waiting is that many of your neighbors will have completed the Repair Base 6 and will lose the ability to gift those items ... and not be able to help you build it.

Bro, you made no mistake. The update is good. To me it is only a small bug. Only gifting and visiting and drop rate and ..... And........ And........ And........ Hahahahahhahaa....

I had my android game crashed and reinstalled with a recover ticket from GI. Now it´s ok but with the common bug like others android users like no contact with ios players.
Waiting a correction update....

I'm not too concerned by the gifting, I am sure that will be fixed in a short time. My major worry is the number of players who have lost their game progress as indicated above by @Marcio Veiga and others throughout this forum.

I've finished screenshot-ing my city. Now I have to stitch them all together in photoshop to make a map of my city. You never know what may happen...

Day 1-3 were good to me, I scored 2-2-1-5-3 Bonsai trees. Yesterday en today no drops anymore....

Day 1-3 were barren for me.
It finally started dropping after day 4, it currently stands at 4-1-1-2-2.

I'm level 55 and the Bonsai drops are still happening for me. It's all random. For a day or so I got none; yesterday I got two drops on one landing.
Yes, the experience points are topped off at 750000. I think it's a bad move on GI's part but it's just something we have to live with.

Not sure if anyone else has had problems with the update completely blowing up their game. I've been back and forth with GI for a couple of days now and my game is totally out of wack. I had to reinstall, then they gave me the reinstall friend code to copy back my old profile. But I still had the issue of the game resetting to that initial reload level every time it launched. I tried visiting an neighbor, and when I came back it was a completely different profile. It's full of gold jets but no supplies. It has a different friend code, different username, different layout. Last I heard from GI was that it could take several days to figure out.

After 2 years, looks like they bombed my airport. I appreciate all the help from the people here, but I'm not starting over.

Unless GI can figure this out, I guess I'm signing off.

I don't blame you. Too much time and effort is invested in the game (and money for some). Why would anyone want to start over when GI should be fixing what was messed up? The game doesn't just take days or weeks to build. It takes years.

I have not gotten any bonzai from falcon guest planes so far. In fact, I rarely have falcon guest planes show up. Oh well, I'm not really in a hurry.

Same thing happened to me - exactly the same. I managed to contact original player of the Airport City that I now control.
At least when I was waiting for the code to restore the game, I could play, now I don't want to play and mess-up somebody else's city, work, time and money...
This is third issue for me in less then 3 months - 2 were those annoying Time traveler issues - GI did once restore even tokens back but second time didn't.
But this really sux.

Because you're trying to get item drops from Collections, I'd recommend Golden Dice. If you go this route, please let us know how it works out!

I've been using golden dice and not a drop of bonzai so far. Not only that, I used up one Delphi map and not a drop from that one map as well.

This update just suddenly crashes.

It's all random. Right now I'm using regular Dice to help with Sweets Factory item drops from flights to Austin. I'm getting pretty good drops, especially Crucibles and Glazing Machines. Tunnel Freezers and Screw Presses seem to be the rare items this time around.

Sorry, one more question: If we upgrade the repair base, are we able to repair non-falcon planes while it is upgrading?

Understanding the trading issue as noted in in other posts on this forum, I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to trade like items, and NOT understanding that I could not repair any planes until the repair base was complete, I now have 8 planes waiting to be repaired while I wait for my last two hardness testers. Flying to Austin as much as possible and begging on the trading forum.
