Excellent analysis, thank you. I was thinking I'd spend gold/silver on Reserve Hanger 2, but have enough to start greeny production again...I'll do that! I just hate starting my Casino...then have a game update mess it up...it's all about timing.

Regarding the question about the Reserve Hanger 2.

From my perspective of the Reserve Hangar 2... It is an item you can purchase IF you decide to purchase the Alliance Office. Once you purchase the AO you can then purchase several special items (buildings, golden planes and mystery super bonus that are not available in the store or the Duke's Skyship). The Reserve Hangar 2 (Level 1) can then be purchased with 200 gold tokens and 2,000 silver tokens. Rumor has it that it starts with 4 plane slots but I have not verified that. I am still saving up gold tokens for more Mints (the best greenie maker). The next best greenie maker is Banks, the lowest efficient are Casinos.
