I just got home from stocking up on iTunes gift cards at Costco, intending to do some purchases (thought not Airport City) today. I can report back whether I have problems...

(If you're in the US and have Costco membership, they're selling $100 worth of iTunes gift cards for around $84, iirc, through the end of March. I would expect that price to be the same at all locations.)

I have been getting it too my hubby says it’s an iTunes issues.

I have not seen that message at all, and I was able to make an App Store purchase without problem. I'm in North America. It would appear the issue is regional, not world-wide.
