iOS Invissible Launch Pad (green)

Since a few weeks my Green Launch Pad is invisible.
It is active, I can use it, but I have to look for it ;-)

I already send a message to support. They asked me to move the launch pad, close the game and restart it. But it is not working. The pad is and stays invisible.

I can not store or delete the pad, as it is an unique object.
Any suggestions or anyone else had this (kind of) issue?

Rotate your Green Launch Pad and it should re-appear.

I missed that one, the support did not mention that and it was not in my mind to try that trick.
