I have 7 planes. What plane should I buy next?

I currently have 7 planes.
Of which 3 Jumbos and 2 eagles.

What should I buy as my eight plane?
Should I buy a fourth Jumbo, or should I go for the Falcon or Thunderbird?

If you are in an alliance and buy a single falcon you will get falcon as task 2.
If youre not in an alliance do whatever you want!
Do you have flight items? Earplugs and lollipops? Have you built any sweet factories? Are you at 100? Falcons take 3 hours, thats quite fast.

I am on alliance, so that is an important factor.

I have about 150 earplugs and sweets factory for lollipops.
I will most definitely need to expand th production.

So... it seems I should go for either fourth Jumbo, or otherwise go for at least 2 Falcons... or... maybe Thunderbolt is the one?

Falcon is one of the best Planes for carrying high numbers of pax, but that also means you need high numbers of resources (pax-buildings to support at least 350 per 3hours, 45 fuel to spare in the same amount of time, ear plugs, lollipops, etc). If you dont have them: Go for lower level plane.

Different players have their own methods of playing. Personally, I stayed with each plane until I 3-starred those destinations. As I advanced, I kept several of the lower level planes in my reserve hangar and went on to the next level. I might do it a lot differently now with the 100 item limit, though.

I wouldn’t upgrade to a new aircraft yet.
But one thing to be aware of, if you go for another jumbo, I believe most of the additional flight items needed to fly them come from deltas, so maybe it would be worth buying one of those to produce items you need to fly the jumbos?

That's an interesting point. Because I've finished all the Raven destinations, and since I didn't have a free space in my reserve hangar, I've sold the 2 Deltas I had.
I didn't notice any missing items, needed by the Jumbos and achieved by the Deltas.
Should I run regularly a Delta/raven for any destination just for the items?

Depends on your setup with neighbours for gifting.
But for jumbo flights you need strobe light, fuel hose, nav module and spare prop.
These can be acquired from flights with raven and eagle (correction to above). Depends on your reserves of these items, but before splashing on another jumbo, it is worth checking your stocks as there is nothing more annoying than buying a new aircraft you can’t fly

I didn't realize that.
Will go for the lower level plane for now.. step by step...
