Windows I don't own my airport

If this is my airport, why can't I decide what is in it? Once I buy certain buildings, I can't get rid of them (e.g. Weather Station, Duty Free Shop, Helicopters and Pads, Meteorological Lab, etc......)

I can sell airplanes, why can't I sell helicopters? Duh? Is this a glitch or a conspiracy?

Okay, now that I've vented, I'd like your responses.

Open your warehouse using the crate icon at the bottom of your screen. Click on the helicopter icon and it gives you the option to sell your helicopters. I am pretty certain that you can sell the pad after you have sold the helicopter but I don't remember how at the moment. Hope this helps.

After you sell/drop your helicopters in warehouse, you can sell the pad just like selling other buildings

There are certain buidings you can't sell. Which is a pain in the backside.
Weather Station, Duty Free Shop, Meteorological Lab are buildings you can't sell.
Helicopters and pads should not be a problem.
