How can I collect hydraulic tool for removing the UFO in the Outer space Mission ? It is probably pretty obvious, but i just can't find it.

You need to fly the fighter jet that you get from a collection that drops from flying to the three new destinations. Apparently golden dice and sky captain bonus are a good combination to use with it. You will need a map to area 51 and spare hangars to put the fighter jets in ready for when you activate the map.
