Helicopter How to apply a livery to a Plane

On many occasions I get liveries but I am unable to apply them to a plane?
Do I have buy another aircraft to do this?
At the moment I am in the UFO event. When get the livery for area 51, I just want know how how to apply it?
Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to use, or buy, an Owl plane.

Go to the hanger and use the Stands option

Highlight an Owl plane.

You should see

Click on the yellow circle and you will see all the liveries you own.

Find the Air Lab livery, highlight it and Use.
