I've visited someone's city. That player is in level 79.
He has a huge city with 30 tesla power stations, 6 training stations, 6 planetariums, 3 cloud palaces, 6 of any possibile building, 13 level 7 hangars, etc

I am wondering, at level 79, how such a wealth is even possible?

Easily. Obviously spends greens on tesla. Could say only 6 planetariums!...... sounds like a 2 year or more player thats all. Patience @amir77a you can get there.
