I flying now that quest since beginning.
I spend arround 1000 greens for the quest bonus and using 400x 300Fuel.
The 2nd player in the ranking cheating 100%. I get more then 20 stars since that quest start and he has always the same number of stars after flying this 24.000 quest points. Btw he hasnt every building for romantic passengers...
So how is that possible?

I find the frustrating thing is that although it is often clear that a player is cheating, there is almost always a technical way it could be possible it is legitimate and therefore an air of doubt exists. The only people who can tell for sure are GI, who appear slow to respond to reports of cheating and reluctant to act. Last weeks and this weeks alliance rankings at the very top are a clear example of an instance when action should be more prompt.

I have some sympathy for GI as they clearly have a process to go through and can't offer a running commentary on potential cheaters. They do also have to balance the resources invested in investigating and banning cheats and developing long-term automated solutions. But it does appear that process could do with more focus and pace.

On the bright side, just be grateful that if the player you mention is cheating, they are not very good at it, else they would have knocked you off the top spot!
