How Flight Catering Facility works?

Sorry, rather explaining, I would like to ask, how this Building works or produce the 'Flight Catering' item.
I've built one, but not complete yet, so, this building make me really curios how I'm preparing the flight.

Is it produce in time based? how long the duration?

if I build more than just one building, am I need the some requirement items?

so, practically, you only can fly in every 12 hours? (let alone the flight catering item for neighbour)

As far as i understood, the answer to your last question is 'yes'.

Therefore a lot of people are begging for a flight catering/flight meal to send as a gift :sleepy:

And do you need the special items for each building again or do you just need the required items once for all catering facilities?

Im torn between building the flight catering, buying my first delta plane of saving up and upgrading the control tower so I can have 7 planes.

Im only 100,000 coins away from upgrading the control tower, so think i'll do that first!
