How do people continuously ask for fuel all day long

As said in the title, i have two people that seem to be able to ask for fuel all day, how are they doing this??

His post is not clear, he needs to explain further.

I did not understand it at first but after a little though. I believe but i am not sure that 2 people may be posting to him that they need 20 fuel over and over.
They be on a quest that uses alot of fuel.

I am using facebook.

If i am on a quest that takes a lot of fuel i can still only ask ONE person One time, i cannot keep asking. I can only ask one time per day.

I have two people that both can keep asking me all day long for fuel. This is not possible as far as i know, so i messaged them and neither will reply even after 4 messages. However they still keep asking me. For the last few days i have been sending them the fuel but now as they refuse to reply i will not do it.

If you know how i can do this in game in a correct manner please explain
