help, since i bought silver subscription in airport city on android i lost everything and i tried to cancel it and reinstall airport city but still this problem remains and i'm desperate!!!

From the looks of it it seems you've lost your neighbours, which I suggest: you contact Gi or try the restore game properties route.

even resetting airport city assets on android it remains unplayable and i cant even visit neighbors or send gifts.

I contacted assistance and wait for the answer, in the meantime I can only play on windows 10 that works there.

I still haven't solved it even doing the airport city tuttorial and reconnecting the account didn't help, I had to contact support again
