Plasma drops from the ufo bits around your city, you get the geiger counter needed from visiting neighbours and clicking the ufo stuff. To get maps fly to the three new destinations,you need the plasma and magnetometer that drops from guests or gifts.
Continuum
Plasma and Geiger counter can also be received as gifts. Geiger counter is needed to pickup UFO stuff around your city.
