Android Helium backup problem

Anyone having problem backing up the game with helium? My back up file is only 20MB, I don't think that is right

I have problems. But only found out during the restore ... Ever since the update it doesn't work anymore.

This happened to me too, when I tried to restore it said file is error. And I lost my game, had to open a ticket with GI

Have you written the Helium developer? He was pretty quick to respond to me when I first started using it.
