1.2 million for a L3 repair base seems excessive.
is this a glitch and it should be 120,000? as the copters are 88k each?

Nope. It has always been this way.

What do you mean "the mystery"? I like it, and with Sky Captain it is well worth the money. Plus the buildings you get for finishing the collections are pretty good (not all, but some at least). I'm not yet going for the 1.2M lvl3 repair just yet, but to me they're a nice addition. Don't quite understand why you wouldn't bother with them...

When we know that upgrading the repair base to repair Condor planes cost 500,000, I agree 1,200,000 seems excessive for the helicopter repair base...
