@AJ How can you explain this ? You told me that this player is banned but he can play his game ?
When you are banned for cheating how you play ? Offline or Online ? Are you still able to update the game and to receive gifts from your neighbors when you are banned for cheating ?
This player have more than 200 Hangars + 8 Card Hangar in his game and now is doing the Down the Rabbit Hole event ?
How is this possible ?

Yeah they can't stop that as far as I'm aware, you could easily sideload the latest apk.

Updating is managed by Microsoft Store, Google Play or App Store. GI has no control over them. Only Microsoft/Google/Apple could ban someone from updating apps (but I never heard about such thing happening)

This is offline game. You can still play even without internet
I guess banned players can do at least everything we can without the internet.

Most probably s/he's just a cheater. It seems they found another trick to gain unlimited resources. Or they simply keep spending millions of Fuel3 barrels and Pass5 packs they stored before December update.
Try to report him.
I'm waiting for the next week to watch whether AeroCondor went down or not.

Hi everyone!
I've been playing this great game almost a year greatly enjoying it! But several months ago I noticed more and more "powerful" players who took top places in many cities, gaining over 100 flights an hour sometimes without breaking a sweat. I started long and inefficient dialog with Tech Support: 8 long threads for 3 months. And their final answer was: We are constantly checking the game ratings for cheating and block all the unfair players immediately. There is also an automated anti-cheat system working. The accounts of the users in question were carefully checked, and no cheating was detected there.
I'd like to present for your attention collected stats of the last 3 weekly races.
I counted flights, passengers and evaluated amount of fuel those "fair players" had to spend and then amount of real bucks to buy it. I took very low margin to do so, dismissing passengers expense, so money should be 1.5-2 times more.
Some players (like famous Anderl) should be spending over $10000 a week.
I understand that Windows platform is the most vulnerable for hacking but Tech Supp's position in this matter is really upsetting. I cannot believe that so many people throw their money into the game like mad. For what? That's not an online casino "with blackjack and...you know what".
So they must be cheaters in my opinion. Please, check my proof in online table and tell yours.

I have been playing for a while and have found if you do enough QL red pad space flights or even blue and green you can get a crazy amount of fuel I am not saying the players are not cheating but some are linking up together and if 3 QLs are together you can do a red every 5-8 minutes and if you think windows users are cheating get on an android device they post 3-4 times the flights to the same places

3QL parties, right. That's what I'm doing in that very moment.
There are not so many fair power players in PC (and even less in WP) domain.
Cheaters are still there and they are not too difficult to detect.

GI needs to start compare server side and player side game save file. Ends easy cheating
