Has Russian players been blocked?

Hello,everyone!
I’m a player from Russia and have been playing AC for a decade so far.A few days ago I lost all my alliance progress and it was impossible to visit friends as well as launc any space missions.In addition there’s no more AC in Russian AppStore any more,and, of course,there was no latest update. Is my guess in the title correct?

that is interesting. Maybe that could the reason why in the last event three Russian players disappear overnight (yeah, not because they creating easily 100,000 items overnight - no cheating :-D ). Lucky for me - I can take place 7 in the last event because of that ;-)

Keep in mind that the most skilled ones could easily bypass this by VPN services. Nevertheless there are other players from the rest of the world (students of the original inventors of unfair playing) who are still in need to learn the fair play style.
