Green banknotes in Ipad game

Hi to all. I'm a player of Airport City Free to Fly (Massimo4256), Ipad version, and I'm now on level 45. In which way is it possible to gain the green banknotes (if I don't want to buy them)?
Until I arrive on level 45 when I completed a level I received 1 green banknote: but over level 45 there is nothing. And now what happens?

Occasionally, you will get an in-game pop up to install a GI game or watch a video and get free greenies(bank notes). Otherwise, the only way to get them is to buy them. iOS players don't get a weekly code for free greenies as do Android users.

I never understood why GI gifts greens weekly to Android users but not IOS.

I wonder which users spend most money on the game for GI - Android or IOS?

My guess would be IOS users by a Big margin

From what I understand, GI says they compensate Ip players with other things that Android users do not get.

Can you confirm wither or not Ip users get special building or drops that other platforms do not get?
