I currently have the Gravity Museum as a direct purchase on my Android game, but not Windows.

The player "Garfy" from the "Ivka Air" Alliance has it in his city, from what I see it is a building that can be upgraded, in his city he has it at level 5 and it gives a reward of 200 coins every 3 hours and it is a 3x3 building.
