iOS Golden High Rise...where?

Hi, so I levelled up recently and part of the pop up screen said to me I get a Golden High Rise, presumably meaning I should have access to pay for it to be built with coins? Except I can’t find it, anywhere? Any one have any ideas?

The Golden High Rise is the reward from the Gold Rush collection which you can complete by flying to Anchorage, or through the drops from your Adventure buildings. You’re new level has unlocked the Gold Rush collection.

When you level up the screen shows what new buildings are available for you to fly for. It’s not what you get. Levelling up you gets 1 greenie and some fuel. But new destinations, maps and collections become available.
