Is there a guide or thread discussing strategies/tactics to obtaining gold tokens? Here's what I am aware of. I added some of this content to the Wiki page. What am I missing?

Golden Chest (3 Tokens)

• Top flyer to a destination

Silver Chest (2 Tokens)

• Second place flyer to a destination

Large Bronze Chest (1 Token)

• Third place flyer to a destination

Getting them in the Water World collection is probably the easiest way other than the excavation collections. The Water World collection comes from red launches and it's probably where I've gotten 90% of my gold tokens

Thank you for your advice @Davescharf I am building red pad now. I will have to work hard on red launch after I finish it then!

In store. Buy it after level 31. Looking in the wiki would have answered your question rather than a 3 year old thread!

I didn't look at the date of the thread - only at the latest answer time in "What's new" and wondered how King wasn't able to collect Gold Tokens with 700+ stars

Hey,
I am not sure what level you are now. But as Madge said, you need to be level 31 to build red pad. And you can buy it in the shop with the control tower icon.
