Hey Guys,
I'm a new member to Airport City and to this site. I use an ipad to play the game and I paid for the Gold Pass through itunes, signed up for just 1 month to see how I would like it. Because the subscription automatically renews I went into itunes and canceled, therefore no more charges. My Subscription was or is good until May 20th. All good so far, however 3 days ago it just vanished, it being the gold pass. Ive checked itunes and it shows a valid subscription. I've deleted the app several times, logged out of itunes and then back in, etc. Ive been trying to connect with tech support through the app and on their website. I get a quick email back or chat bubble in the app that says they'll get back to me shortly, but thats all I get and it's been days. Is this normal client service? I also am very sensitive to this is awful and sad time we live in and so perhaps they don't have staff on hand, which i totally understand. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
